Global Equity Pictures is a complete end-to-end and fully integrated company with its parent company involved in media, television, syndication, and movies since 1989. We currently are in production of a series award show and various theatrical P & A.
We work well with hedge funds, private equity, and investors, including assisting studio and non-studio P & A department financing. Our sweet spot is high-quality limited or wide releases. We have worked hand-in-hand with studios whose business model entails purchasing existing (in the can) award-winning movies, enhanced commercial potential, and a quality storyline that will resonate with an identifiable audience creating the best potential for monetization. We work diligently with our Client Teams to develop a strategy, then execute and deliver a market-adaptable media plan that is accountable and effective.
We offer up to 30% of the media spend as a mezzanine or equity as a subordinate position behind the senior debt financers at competitive market rates with a mindset to help more films see the light of day.

We coordinate a demographic target, marketing strategy, and budget allocation in unison with the distribution and marketing team

No later than 90 days prior to the first media launched, a cash deposit equaling 70% of the entire media plan is placed in escrow by a senior lender within 48 hours of media plan sign-off

Global Equity Picture's buying group will be billed for the first 30% of each media invoice in advance and then will submit these partially paid invoices to the escrow agent, reflecting the remaining balance of 70% due to be paid from the escrow account

Global Equity Pictures will issue the escrow agent "Paid in Full" receipts for each payment due, and the agent will simultaneously release wire transfers to Global Equity Pictures, who physically purchase the media and act as the Agency of Record
